Maple plank salmon

Braided maple plank salmon
Because everyone is asking...

What you need:
Large piece of Salmon (skin off)
Maple Syrup
Garlic (optional)
Maple plank (you can find them in the fish section at most grocery stores)
Spray bottle with water

Cut the salmon (lengthwise) in three.
Marinate in maple syrup and a clove of minced garlic.
Soak the plank for at least two hours before cooking and follow instructions on the package.
Braid the salmon before placing it on the plank.

Drink the vodka AFTER you've turned off the BBQ.
