The three older boys are happy at camp/travelling across Canada and the US. Although I haven't received any letters I have received what I like to call deep, thoughtful summer logs in the form of text messages:
And so although I have the material to blog, I'm enjoying the six weeks of quiet to regroup (ie. learn to love again).
In the interim my summer project is to train my iPhone not to change 'hell' to 'he'll'.

Just what I needed tonight...a good laugh. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for reading, Edith.
No letters for me but a text from someones illegal phone asking for a gameboy DS because he`s the ONLY one in the bunk who doesn`t have one, and, of course, mr Noodles. I`m sure he MEANT to write, "Hi mom, I miss you".
@Elyse
Nothing from Benj except the one letter begging for soup too. Michael has warmed me with his trip log... "can I buy sweatpants?... Can I buy shoes?.... Cold water with darks?... How much money can I spend?...". It's heartwarming.
I swear those are Jonah's texts too. At least he asked you first, mine said "I bought shoes and a hat". My favorite comment so far has been "I thought when we were going horseback riding, it was going to be around a circle like at mall...but it was on a trail!"
Now that's hilarious. We've raised city boys that's for sure.
